Stay at Home Uncle
To begin I never really saw this as a project. One day when staying with my sister I naturally grabbed my camera and started photographing what was happening that day. A major inspiration that drives, and continues to drive these photos is how I started responding to light in everyday situations. Looking past the technicalities it made me start to appreciate family in a whole different light. Having no kids myself I'm starting to gain an idea of what my sister, brother, friends, relatives and ultimately my very own parents have gone through when raising kids and all the trials and triumphs they have seen. I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed making them, and be sure to check in every so often for I will be adding to this collection. :)
